<p>177 miles.  No races.  Highest January total since 2008 (178).  That follows my lowest December total since 2006.</p>

<p>Somewhat disappointing month mileage-wise, due mainly to some unplanned rest days at the beginning (travel) and end (snow) of the month.</p>

<p>145.7 miles from 19 runs</p>
<p>15.2 miles cycling (spinning) from 1 ride</p>
<p>1:47/9.3 miles elliptical from 3 workouts</p>
<p>45 minutes/3 miles soccer from 1 match</p>
<p>2 miles walking from 1 walk</p>
<p>1:20 of weights/resistance band/core from 4 workouts</p>

<p>1 race: JFK 20k (DC), 1:25:45, 6th overall, new PR</p>

<p>158.7 miles running, and completed phase 1 (of 3) of p90x - that's a 5-6 days a week of weights, abs, yoga or plyometrics.</p>
