Run: 68.1mi
Other: 4+ hours of yoga and pilates.

That's pretty good since it wasn't until the 7th I started running consistently again and not until the 12th I started doing yoga and pilates. Even better is that most of my runs were outside. That's pretty good for January in NH/MA.

Hobey: 13+mi of swimming. Sparty: 6.8mi of swimming. You are the fish!

Well, this should be interesting. Let's see...

Swim: 7.2 miles
Bike: 28 miles
Run: 12.5 miles
Ellip: 45 min
Wgts: 4 hours

That's about 3/4 my normal swim, 1/8 my normal bike, 1/4 my normal run, and pretty standard cross training. Oy.

Great work everyone. I was a bit slow getting into the month, but finished with a bit of a bang. Totals:
17,400m swimming
264 km biking (combo of road and trainer)
101 km running
4 hrs strength training, and 5.25 hrs of yoga

Keep it up everyone.

mine is nowhere near that, I'm sure. I'll have to look at my log when I get home. (the site I use is blocked at work)

What "Unit Thing"? Is it somehow my fault that I'm versed in the units of measurement used by the vast majority of humanity? I suppose I could convert them, but that would require effort, along with a willingness to bend to the will of several countries who refuse to acknowledge the passing of the 19th century.

The bike hours includes trainer work. I didn't get much outside riding in. Mikey's immune system is low from all the germs I bring home from school.
