121 miles for me this month. My previous best was 106 in Dec. 2007. Also started integrating some core and weightlifting this month.<br><br>

Congrats on the New Personal Best Rugby aslo on the Core and weightlifting. Our months will be alot alike.

96.7 - had a week off early on to recoup from surgery.<br><br>
Marathon training in full effect - expecting better numbers for the balance of the year.

I only ran 62 miles because I was benched with being sick for a whole week! <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif"><br><br>
I am back on schedule starting Saturday!!!

124 miles running<br>
around 50 miles walking<br><br>
and a tone of Core plus weights.<br><br>
9 miles tonight man the ice just sucked!

124 as well, 3.1 race miles. Compiled by my RA log, the new happy home after CR was usurped.<br><br>

Well, I never made it off my fat arse tonight, so I finished out January with 222 miles. That's the first 200+ month I've ever done so I'm pretty excited about that!<br><br>

Cgerber - Congrats on the mileage record<br><br>
I ran the numbers - 463 miles in 29 days. I did not add up all the times running, but it was a lot - maybe 45 ish.<br><br>
Lots of core and weights<br><br>
some walking - But I really only track running

Nice work on the 222 miles.... especilly since it was January and I know you ran them all outside.<br><br>
I was looking at your site.... trying to figure what I need to plan on running out your way... I would have to believe that I would die with trying to breath at that elevation.<br>
Never the less if you get here for the 38 mile night run or other... I will definetly have to make it out there.

152.5 miles....mostly slow LHR miles as I continue to build my mileage back up.
