<p>I weigh in on the weekend ... when ever my wife wants too.</p>

<p>SW 1/9 = 231</p>
<p>CW 1/22 = 223</p>
<p>LW 1/15 = 227</p>
<p>Loss = 4</p>
<p> </p>
<p>GW = 185</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Work was really bad this week and took many workout opportunities away, but all in all I got in what I needed to.  Since I was short on time and could not do any real long runs, I did 2x speed workouts - Nice change of pace.</p>

<p>I have 3 weeks to get to at least 215# to make a legit stab @ < 3:00 marathon at the Lost Dutchman Marathon - AZ</p>
