<p>How this happened i have nooooo idea... I was expecting to be up 5 lbs this morning..Burp.</p>

<p>Not sure - I think I will be back @ 222 next Weekend weigh in.  I ran the Gold Medal Challenge @ Petit Ice center in MIlwaukee.  Indoor 1/2 marathon followed the next day by an indoor marathon.  Considering my current fitness level and I had not run > 10 miles without Gallowalking - I was happy with the results</p>

<p>4:37:42 Goofy indoor challenge (2nd)</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Did some damage as I returned home 10 minutes prior to the Packer / Bear game and ate/drank more calories than I burned in the running</p>

<p>Guess last week's gain was post-race swelling.  I'm now a pound below the pre-race weight.  Not as big of a drop as it looks on pixels.</p>

<p>I survived the 35 below zero stretch and got in 27 miles, but no long run last week so I expected the gain. I will try to do better this week. Damn pumpkin pie.</p>
