Hi Bty

109.67 miles in January. I'm surprised I managed over 100 miles despite 5 days sick and a business trip to Dubai.

1 flu impacted half-marathon, where I ran a 1:48:38 in 14 degree temperatures with 4,357 other idiots.

plus a course PR on a hilly 10K (52:59)

Thanks BTY. I was all on track for my very first 200 mile month until I injured my hamstring the week before last... good to know that all things being equal, I am capable of cranking out mileage of that sort. Just need to be more diligent with the regular rest days.

January = 181.75 miles

One race (and therefore an automatic PR): 1st Day 5k on 1/1/11, 27:26. My one and only previous 5k was at least 3 minutes slower, so I'm quite pleased.

One of my best months ever! 10k and 5k PR and about 123 miles. So I'm building back up, as you can see from this log I started in the middle of Oct. '09:

And here's the pace:

Thanks Brian

179.87 miles for Jan.

A very good month since the first half was 9 runs at 12% incline.

Ran every day the last 17 days of the month. Just the opposite from my 10 runs over 18 weeks last fall.

Lab - great total days PR.

Erika - you're just starting to get into training mode at 224.2 miles?!
