<p>only one cheat night other wise all clean eating. Not much for exercise, appears my Lupus is angry again pretty sore all over.Either that or my knee and hip are bad again.. but hard to have that happen when you did not do anything to cause it. If it is bad knee again I will reconsider running.</p>

<p>Amazing what being sick as hell for a week can do for weight loss.  Effective, but not terribly pleasant.</p>

<p>With the holidays over I am back on track. Diet back to its normal almost-ok. 29 miles this week with an 8 mile long run at -2 degrees last night. I was going for 10 but a sock got scrunched up in my right foot at mile 6. I should have stopped then to straighten it out but in the middle of nowhere I kept going. By mile 8 it was hurting pretty good so I called it quits. No blister, but a spot is irritated and hurts a little. No big deal.</p>

<p>I am weighing on the weekend with my wife - So I will post those numbers on Mondays</p>

<p>I am running very slow, but getting some mileage down - Goal #1 stay healthy, Goal #2 lose weight, Goal # 3 build aerobic base ... speed will come later.</p>
