<p>Top of the morning runners! 30 min on the treadmill aka 2.74 miles. I haven't run this many days in a row since over a year ago!</p>

<p>I had the gym to myself until 5:45 this morning. Ah.<br>

I've been MIA because of traveling around for holiday things, but the running has been OK and I'm debating about a 5k or the 1/2 for Securian. I could do the half, but like some people not running well in heat, I really don't function well in super cold. I'm also carrying around pounds i don't need, even after being pretty careful around Christmas. </p>
