<p>In the pool this morning. I really need to find an indoor pool - it was 45 degrees and there was actually steam coming off the water. My feet actually tingled when I got in because it was so warm compared to outside!!!</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Anywho...got in 1600 and felt pretty good. Short run tonight.</p>

<p>I'm jumping in with both feet for 2012: registered for Rev3 70.3 at Old Orchard Beach, ME on 8/26  and signed up to volunteer at IMLP in July...thinking ahead to 2013...</p>

<p>DOR for me...just feeling a bit "off" and the sinuses have been totally out of whack.</p>
<p>1.75 mi walk with the dogs in the morning.</p>

<p>Catching up:</p>
<p>Saturday: Biked for an hour on thr trainer.  Got the hubster to join in for about 45 minutes.  Go ready for dinner with a few friends.</p>
<p>Sunday: Lowel first run:  MET CAK!!!!   Yay!! She remembered my kick assphalt shirt and will run for beer hat.  Good thing I had redressed otherwise I may have missed her which would have been a bummer. I had a great race and a 10k PR for me by about 3-4 minutes (59:18).  Nice course.  Weather was super warm and I of course over dressed.  Both J and I ended up in sports bras by mile 2.  2nd loop changed the course slightly and I found I enjoyed it with the slight change.  Funny how such a little thing can make a difference.  Overall a great race.</p>
<p>Monday: DOR  brunch with in-laws and a little tax planning for 2011 returns.</p>

<p>Went mountain biking on some of the logging roads in the local foothills.  A little cold, of course, but I chose my clothing well and was pretty comfy.  Did about 10 miles total.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Also swam later in the day, about a thousand yards.  Pretty good day - sure beat sitting at my desk on a Monday!</p>
