You are a way braver chickita than I, no way. Then again, I'm mechano-tard.
I change watch batteries and fix bands all the time. All you need is some tiny screwdrewglers and a good pair of reading glasses (OK, maybe not everyone needs the reading glasses). Saves time, money, and hassle. No issues to date.
