The temps are definitely IRC, but my-o-my it's really DARK in the morning!!

6.5 miles before work through the neighbourhood, with my head lamp and reflectors on. Felt OK, but the foot's going to need some attention before next Saturday.

How's your day shaping up?

I think I am one of those kids.

Heme, It's only dark if you get up real early. The only time I see dark in the morning is at a race.

That garage door opener installing must have really worn you out KS.

I am a little worn down after the last 3 days so tomorrow will be a day off

after my run today. Rain all day so I may do my first treadmill run in a few months.

Still haven't decided what to do this weekend but it may be a small half marathon on a rail trail.

No, that isn't a fake beard but way too much gray to keep it

Sounds like taper time HF. You'll be fine when race time comes.

Bob, I did the same thing monday morning. I wake up with the roosters every morning (on my cell phone) and hit the snooze. Slept right through their next round

and woke up an hour and a half later.

10 miles on the treadmill this evening. After 4 miles, I did a quarter mile hill each mile starting at 3% incline increasing to 5.5% the last one. Kept the pace the same the last 7 miles so the run took a little under 75 minutes.
