BBL, but I'm up and getting ready for my warrior dash today. Wheee!!!

Good luck at the Warrior Dash! And good luck to the other racers as well!
 
I assume that's a You Tube video for "The Power" by Snap. I used to love that song! For some reason, I can't see You Tube videos any more here on Kick. All I see is a big blank square. Did I change some setting on my Internet Explorer? Anybody have any ideas?
 
Anyhoo, I just did 11.9 miles. It was a really nice run on a cool cloudy morning.

Glad to hear the 25k went well, KP. 
After my run, I mowed the lawn, pruned a tree, and trimmed the hedges. It was a busy morning.

Yay Missy! Great job getting back into the racing thing!
 
And great job at the Warrior Dash, Ailarie. Those races sure seem like fun (despite the chance of getting whopped in the back). I might have to try one some day.

Oh, I didn't log a run today (yet?), but I did do a little running at the track. In all, it was 3 laps around. Here are some pics along the way:
