<p>Morning! I have 6 miles on tap and will do them later today.</p>

<p>I was able to put 8 miles on the bike last night while DS watched a show. It was actually fun. <strong>Maria</strong> - I thought of you b/c my cat did NOT like the trainer. She sat on a chair next to me and meowed (in her annoyed cat voice) for a few minutes when I first started. She wasn't about to get anywhere near the spinning rear wheel though - I think you'll be okay with your cat.

<p>My mission for February is to drop 5 lbs. I have upped my mileage and reduced my calories with better stuff, but my weight is not budging. However, I have 4 solid training weeks ahead of me that I have to believe will prevail over the scale. We'll see.</p>
