<p>Good Morning,</p>
<p>  I was able to drag my lazy butt out of bed for a 3 mile run this morning.  Heel still doesnt feel normal.  So I am counting day the days to Friday when I go see the doc again.  I spent most of yesterday feeling like I had a full belly, and I wasn't eating that much.  At least not more than normal.  I am trying to drink more water to stay full but I felt to full to even want to drink a lot of water.  Very wierd.  Hopefully I feel more normal today.</p>

I'm feeling loopy this morn. <img alt="rolleyes.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/rolleyes.gif"> the alarm woke me out of a deeeeep sleep and dream state.<br>
Damn.<br>
Unfortunately, I'd just fallen into that state about an hour before the alarm. (I'd peeked at the clock during a frequent wake up)<br>
I'm trying to wake up and get psyched for bootcamp. Hopefully he kicks our arses like he did on Monday....oy, that workout STILL has my muscles achy! <img alt="cool.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/cool.gif"><br><br>
Weather will be mild again today; then finally, tomorrow, the weather dudette promises 3-5" in our area!<br>

<p>Up early for some abs, legs and back.  I hope I get out of court early enough this morning to get a lunch run in.</p>

<p>ok, i am a bit more awake. Zoe woke up at 6:15 screaming at me to get up. I just could not do it. I did, but it sucked and i was annoyed. She was yelling, crying and hitting me. it was a fabulous way to wake up. sigh. I made her a muffin for breakfast with a little blueberry tofutti cream cheeze frosting, i hope she just eats more than the frosting! LOL. I have pumpkin something in the oven for me.</p>

Good Morning. I'm sleepy ( sounds like everyone is). Today is my Friday, but I have so much to do! Training all day today, trying to get a hair appointment (time to cut the mop), hoping I can still go to the gym. Jax has a basketball game, as does JR. I still have to pack! Lots to do, no time to waste! have a great day, everyone!

<p>Temps below zero with windchill (Merkun temps that is).  Slow as a slug.  52 minutes to run a little over 5 miles.</p>

<p>Meri--are you serious your library doesn't have "Everyone Poops"?  What is up with that?!  I bet they don't have "Walter the Farting Dog" either.  One of my gym friends brought in her new favorite this morning--"Go the F*ck to Sleep".  Wayyyyyyy too funny!!!  </p>

<p>Busy day of cleaning and laundry ahead.  One of these days I need to get a real life.</p>

<p> I could have  a nap easily today.. but no time.  I am getting a Wii FINALLY- I am buying a complete package which will probably require that I get a new=not-so=ancient=HDTV also.. but I have had that in mind to do anyway.</p>

<p> I sleep like crap every night. It stinks.   Docs are really no help =just want to prescribe drugs to induce Zombie state.</p>

<p> Snow is on the way -first good storm this winter ( if you don't count the Halloween stupidity!)   Hopefully we will have a  snow day tomorrow or at the very least  a 2 hour delay.  Special ed kids  are whacky when the schedule it off by  2 hours, so it makes for a  crazy time when they delay.</p>

<p>Most of you would love 65 degree weather right now but it is warm for Florida right now and I hate temps that warm, I prefer in the 40's when I run.  Although since it was dark out this morning the 65 degree weather didn't feel that bad.</p>

<br><br><p> That's how I have been sleeping for a couple of years now.  I try  not to get too worked up over it when I wake up and just get back in bed and get back to sleep- BUT  I would pay money to  sleep 7-8 hours straight one of these nights.  I hate to think that drugs are the only answer.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>  When i get the accupuncture treatment sit does help me sleep more soundly  - wake up maybe once a night for a couple of days.</p>
