Good Morning,

Only one kids game to watch today, my daughters, since Boiler Jr. has a retreat he has to attend for his confirmation next year. Not sure why they are doing the retreat this year though.

I did go see the doc yesterday. His recomendation is ONE month of no running and I have to wear a walking boot!

Oy, Eric!
What was your doctor's explanation? No scans ordered?
Wow.

I've got bootcamp, then yoga this morning.
We will attempt the first snowshoeing of the season this afternoon.
Crappy amounts of snow, but it is better than nothing.

RaisingAZ,
Meri,
I second, third, and fourth the votes to get Chupa to agree to a sleep study.
His health is at issue (along with YOUR health and sanity) I'm sure he is wiped out during the day, and his work suffers. He may not admit it or even realize the cause!

My mom has sleep apnea, snoring, GERD....and the CPAP plus raised the head of her bed 6" has helped her feel less exhausted.
DH is a terrible snorer, as well as suffering from GERD. By simply raising the head of our bed 6" has completely solved the snoring problem.

Good luck!

He is pretty sure it is Achilles tendonitis and he is not sure what has caused it. I think I got from playing soccer and probably not stretching well enough before hand. It started bothering me over the summer when I was playing in the summer league for work.

Yep,

I have some anti-inflammatories that I need to take, I don't remember the name right now. But rest is what he says is the best thing for this issue, since it gets used ALL the time.

Once I start running I will have to do a better job of stretching pre-run, I am sure.
