I dunno. I had a boss once, female 40+, who would walk into the room talking, regardless of what conversation was going on. She would interrupt any convo at any time.

Recently, I read somewhere that good bosses should go light on sharing their personal lives with their employees. After this boss, I can see why. I knew every medical/personal issue she, her family, her dogs, her neighbors ever had.

If ever there was an accident/car chase/storm she would suspend all her work and follow that and spend her time calling anyone she knew in that area to "one up" them and tell them what was happening. She loved telling people that she knew what was going to happen the whole time.

She got to the point where there was so much drama, we just turned off--she cried wolf so many times and everything was a crisis of equal proportion to her.

She was exhausting. I literally had nightmares about her for months after I quit.
