Help me make my goal of 141 names of family and friends that have had cancer. Please message me with the names and a short description of their battle. I will carry these names with me during Ironman Louisville.</span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'times new roman', serif;">This year, hundreds of thousands of people will hear the words "You have cancer," and there's a good chance that some of them will be people we know and love. I have chosen to fight back against this disease and help make a difference by supporting the American Cancer Society’s mission to eliminate cancer as a major health problem by preventing cancer, saving lives, and diminishing suffering from cancer, through research, education, advocacy, and service</span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'times new roman', serif;">This year, in honor of friends and family that have or had cancer I am going to do an Ironman. Why an Ironman? Partly to see if my I can push my body to complete such a grueling event, but my main reason to do this event is because my God has given me a talent and a joy that I cannot explain; He has given me a gift. Now it is my job to give back and use this gift for the benefit of others.</span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'times new roman', serif;">I decided to do this race for the American Cancer Society. I am doing it in honor of and in memory of those who have fought against cancer. For those who have won the battle and for those who have lost. It is my way of giving back to God for the gift he has given me. My goal is to carry the names of 141 people (1 for each mile of the race) who have fought against this deadly disease with me throughout the race. Whoever you are donating for, I will include that name with me during the race and I will dedicate training days in honor of or in memory of those individuals.</span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:'times new roman', serif;">With God’s help and my wife’s support, I will manage my training and still have time for my family. I look forward to sharing my gift from God with all of you throughout the next several months. My training will officially begin on April 11, 2011 and end with a completed Ironman on August 28, 2011.</span></span></p>
