Ok kids, I need some help/ideas.<br><br>
I have one super secret gift to give each of the ~20 people I'm training with for IMAZ. However, I think I want to put it in a little bag with one or 2 other small things for each person.<br><br>
I'm thinking about maybe doing the $1 tubes of sunscreen since it is a must in AZ and I had difficulty finding any at a few of the bike stops.<br><br>
Can you think of anything else that would be fun and/or useful for ironmen or all shapes/sizes/ages/ability? I have to buy 20 of whatever it is, so nothing huge, but something that might hep out the newbies, or may bring a smile to people's faces who have been there before.<br><br>
I'm thinking of also adding a small ziploc of chewable pepto and advil to each pack.

For my first 100 miler i made goodie bags for my crew members and in them were:<br>
sunblock<br>
chapstick<br>
foot care items like pumice stones<br>
Jolt gum (as a joke)<br>
bath fizzies<br>
sports beans<br>

You can also put in epsom salts <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"><br>
Five and Below is a good store if you have one near you. They have a ton of fun things from flipflops to fun chapsticks, toys, etc.

Body Glide makes a mini-stick, loved it so much I took one to Italy since we were walking a bunch.<br><br>

Here is what I received from my sister as I was preparing for my first Ironman, and I love it:<br><br>
140.6 Oval Euro Sticker (for the car)<br>
Ironman Wisconsin Oval Euro Sticker<br>
Ironman Wisconsin License Plate Frame<br>
Ironman Wisconsin In-Training T-shirt<br><br>
So how about a 140.6 sticker and maybe order up some IMAZ license plate frames. Both would complement the sunscreen while also motivating. It really would be a kick ass gift.

My super secret gift is far better than reflective strips - so I think we are ok there!<br><br>
Good ideas - keep them coming! I think I will have to visit the dollar store very soon though.

Oooh - I thought of something else to add. I use moleskin on my neck cut in a nice little oval to put under my wetsuit to prevent a wetsuit hicky.<br><br>
So I'm going to cut out moleskin for everyone and write "hicky protector" on them!

How about a pack of Pop Tarts or an inexpensive water bottle that could be used in transition or thrown away on course.
