<p>Hmmm... I was thinking run and swim miles, but may be able to switch at least one of those to indoor bike miles.  Let's figure 15-20 bike, and 1500 swim.  And I'll switch the swim if we hear from Swimmerbee.  </p>

<p>Son1 did a 85m ride on Wednesday if you wanna count that.  Cold and rain, cross/tail wind.  Finished well after dark, scaring the crap out of mom who had to go out looking for him.</p>

<p>I will pledge 11.5 km of running (well, snowshoe running...gotta count for more if you go by effort!) and 1 1/2 hrs of trainer riding.</p>
