Welcome! You've done a great job on your weight loss and you also have some very good times at the HM distance! nice job! I have used HH's novice programs before too and generally have to tailor his program to my busy schedule. I can fit in three runs a week, but not usually 4, so I just use his programs as a guide, but tweak things here and there. and YAY for you on being a SAHD. My husband was the SAHD for our only son when I went back to work at 4 mos. It worked real well for our family and my husband absolutely loved being able to take care of our son.
