For anyone so inclined to get a cortisone injection, this makes for an interesting read, and would make me think twice.

After DD2 was born, DW was in the same predicament: two ruptured discs and two hermiated discs. She was practically incapacitated. She went through a couple of rounds of shots and starting doing yoga. She still experiences some pain but she is highly functional and MUCH MUCH MUCH better than she was. She credits it to the yoga training.
