I might be sitting this one out but will come down to cheer and for a meet up!<br><br><br>
Who all is going to be there, and will you be able to meet up with anyone that weekend?

I'll be there, using the marathon as a training run for Boston. Roots will be doing the same thing.<br><br>
I'm already skipping out of one morning of a conference to run the race, so I'll have to time for a meetup, I'm afraid.

Snooze and I will be running <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"> Buuuuuuut, we have to get in the car on Sunday right after the race and drive home <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif"> So it would have to be Sat, if we get together.

sounds like the start of a plan? What part of town do your aunt and uncle live in?

I'll be there, but with very limited time due to a training seminar I'm attending. Saturday night after 6pm is my only open time, so I am willing to meet-up then. Dinner sounds good to me. I am flying out Sunday night, so it is possible for a post-race lunch, too, before heading to the airport.

Technically, I am arriving late Thursday and departing Sunday night. Friday night is possible, too, but I am unsure of my training schedule. I am staying south of downtown near Clayton St.

For those of you who have run this race before, what can you tell me about the half marathon course? I'd like as much detail as can be given - concrete/pavement? hills? how steep and when? lots of turns? straight shot?<br><br>

I MIGHT have to work the expo...I dunno if my tri group is doing a booth. If I work expo it will be Sat. So...we can always meet for carbo load!

I am in for the half along with a couple of buddies. There are a bunch of us running as a team and raising money for colon cancer research in memory of one runner's mother. Y'all make the plans with what works for most people and I'll do my best to see you somewhere along the way.
