To summarize the thread over at CH: all the usual stuff with the added element that a the reason people got really upset about anyone leaving is that this time Torque and Griz disappeared.<br><br>

It started with <a href="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5108" target="_blank">this thread here,</a> along with a concurrent (now deleted) thread over in the CH regarding "why was there a mass exodus to Kick?"<br><br>
The usual antagonism and banter ensued, with great explanations on why people left. The best conclusion I read was that the "CH needs a thread about how great the CH is every day or so..."<br><br>
I wish the CH thread was still around for you to see. Both mageline and Maven made appearances. But the disappearing thread act happened again.<br><br>
Yes, great to know Grizzly is missed.

Well, after wading through PM and emails it is clear that:<br><br>
1) I led some sort of exodus to this place. (what, in 2005 when I was a latecomer?)<br><br>
2) I somehow hurt Mags feelings. How? Something about some email message.<br><br>
3) I have to talk some sense into Brian and not be a follower. Huh?<br><br>
I wish I could say to them: "Go away all of you and leave me alone!" I don't think that this place was ever marketed as an alternative to the CH. I never left in a huff to come running to this place. I just left. Never looked back, never will.<br><br>
I left and didn't anticipate the flood of people who invaded and have made this a whole new and different world.<br><br>
One thing I will do is try to head off any of the "we're better than you" if I see it. I hated that when Riff Raff started and I don't think that you build a great site by stepping on another.<br><br>
