<p>Decided to test the foot today Heme.....Planned to ease back in with 30 minutes of run / walk (mostly walk). Started out that way, but towards the end it was mostly run, well slow jog I mean. I did though, stop and walk through every rocky area......one hour later, no ill effects..........YET. I've missed 11 days, so IF, i'm able to continue, I'll be conservative (not really in my vocabulary) and try to take a month to get back to where I was at 30-35 MPW. That'll still give me almost 2 months to ramp up for the upcoming 50K. If not, ..... I'll reassess.....2.35 miles, 30 minutes, 50K pace.</p>
