<p>10 miles flirting with the moon and clouds this morning. 1:20 exactly. 5 mi warmup; 4 X .5 mile repeats with .5 recoveries. Goal 3:00 per .5 but ran by feel only. 3:13, 15, 14, 10. Close enough.</p>

<p>Hey Wilson! I think I saw your wife running on the Loop just past Grenac yesterday! She was looking good, I do think that was her. My vision isn't the best after 14+ miles of hills so wasn't sure. Good to see she ran on Saturday!</p>

<p>Easy day at the gym today at lunch. DH and I are both tired. I'll probably run some easy muddy miles after work; just too nice to not go out!</p>
