I did it once by accident, since apparently I can't tell the top of the turkey from the bottom. After wondering why I couldn't find the little "popper" that shows when it's done, I flipped it over and there it was!<br><br>
It was definitely very juicy, and it came out great. Now if I can figure out which way is up, I'd do it that way on purpose...then just add the step of flipping it for a few minutes at the end to brown the outside. It did throw me off a little to see that it didn't look very appealing because the top wasn't all nicely browned and crispy on the outside. Other than that, it was great.
