Not necessarily, VP. SO and I have traveled 64 more than once, because we usually cross NY on 88 and then head south using various routes to the west of DC and get to 95 just North of Richmond, then go around on 295.<br><br>
We usually try our darnedest to avoid 95, especially in the NY-Philly-Baltimore-DC area.<br><br>
I don't know what's wrong with that person (or people).

Good point. I absolutely detest I-95 myself, but nowhere worse than around NYC.<br><br>
I hope they find the shooter soon!

Me, too! It has to suck to live in that area, knowing there's someone doing this, but having no way of knowing how to avoid it.
