I am too.

Apparently I made a couple of puppets at one point or another which I don't remember doing. Now I have several usernames associated with my email address...which I'm hoping mostly doesn't cause a problem with my log.

Is this what you are looking for?
http://community.active.com/communit...ew=discussions
It won't let me log in

even after I asked it to email me a new password, and then tried with email address and new password. Just says invalid password. )(%)#%)*$..

I've finally managed to get on. The link above should take you to the clubhouse.
I logged in alright, but then found myself in the middle of the Active "community". It's like a maze. Couldn't find my way out. So it's Hasta la vista, baby for CR! As someone else said, "It's totally not worth it."

However, before CR died I printed out my workouts and trotted over to RunningAhead and got myself a log there. It's great. And you can have your CR log imported if it's too big to enter manually.
Did you click the login button or the link to the left that says "login to participate"? That one takes you back to the CH discussion page after the login. Otherwise, you do go to the general active stuff, and I'd bet that the CH isn't on their list of communities yet, since it isn't officially migrated until Monday.

I logged in fine, but now I have numbers! How can there be another cgraz? I don't want numbers!
I'm cgraz 061. If I did add numbers myself, those wouldn't be the ones I picked...people will think I'm 10 years older than I am!

Might be time for a name change when we can get in 100% and mess with that stuff.
I'm so confused. I got the email that my coolrunning account was migrated (and got the stupid extra digits on the end, even though I am the one who has vtlaura on active too).

I can't seem to get in under my original active account. I want to register for a race and my old vtlaura active ID (which I've always used when registering for races online) doesn't seem to work. I can log in wiht the new one (vtlaura035?), but since I can't update any user information, my name shows up as "unknown" when I go to register for the race. GRRRRR...

And I'm in mourning today about the whole running log thing. I downloaded my one off CR, but I'm not hopeful that I will like the active one as much.
I finally got in with my email address that they said another user had and ended up with a user id that I don't even remember having, but it would make sense that I do because I probably posted once as Kermode in reply to Grizzly, icebear and polarbear.

Now to figure out how to get my real name.
So. I use my email address to log in and get:

Login Error: Your login or password is wrong, please try again. Note that if this is your first time here, you will need to log in with your old username. If you have been through this process before you will use your email address in the Login box.

I go through the process to "associate" my accounts and ge told I already have an active account. But it won't like me log in... I'm starting to think this might not be worth the effort.

As Mr Scott once said: "The more you over tech the plumbing, the easier it is to stop up the drain."
Chris, for your password, are you using your username, or are you using the password you got when you originally registered with coolrunning? Mine is a six-letter combination, with the first two letters uppercase. I'm having to use that for the password, and for the login I'm using the temporary email address they sent me because I was told I had two different usernames using the same email address (not because I have ever had a puppet, by the way: just because my DW used the same computer and email to log on to CR for the running forums when she started running).

I agree that it is not very well put together, but you must keep trying because the place really wouldn't be the same without you.
