<p>We are having a snowstorm.  Heavy, wet snow.  I have not shovelled a flake all winter.  I have been forbidden to by the missus.  I saw her today struggling with it in the back yard, clearing the deck and the path to the garage.  I snuck out the front and shovelled everything.  Snuck back in and took my (very late) shower. </p>

<p>It was not appreciated.  I understand her perspective.  If I'd really hurt myself again I would have put our vacation in jeopardy.  How selfish of me.  I should have just let her struggle with it.</p>

<p>I think I'll have a beer.  I love work.  I can watch it forever. </p>

<p>Incidentallty that was mostly said tongue in cheek.  I do understand her perspective.  Just have cabin fever.  But I will have that beer.</p>

<p>Why are you men so stupid?!  I would MUCH RATHER do the work than have to deal with my husband after he did it and got injured.  I KNOW what he can/cannot do.  As long as he does do what he can, I'm fine with doing the rest.</p>
