SO....<br><br>
We had our traditional New Year's day dinner tonight.<br>
Total Yum.<br>
Easy to over eat, because it's warm, I had just finished a run.....<br>
comfort food....the whole shebang.<br><br>
So, I was very careful to moderate my eating.<br>
Only 1 helping.<br>
Good dose of choco milk.<br><br>
But, 2 hrs later....<br>
I'm hungry again.<br><br>
So.......<br>
do I break in to the left over choco chip cookies......which are really just "milk conduits".....<br>
or, do I suffer?<br><br>
decisions...<br>
decisions.

I notice when I eat more carbs I get hungry. Eat a piece of meat-you'll be less hungry.<br><br>
Milk fills me up.

and milk.<br>
now i'm craving it.
