Today I went out running, and for the first time this month my right hamstring doesn't hurt.<img alt="banana.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/banana.gif"><img alt="banana.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/banana.gif"><img alt="banana.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/banana.gif"><img alt="banana.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/banana.gif"> I did 4 pain free miles.<br><br>
I cannot wait to ramp up the mileage and get back to my long runs!!<br><br>
After pulling my hamstring twice in one week during January, I figured it would take a lot longer than this!
