<p>Okay... my fun (sort of postponed from last week).....</p>

<p>Yep. I now own a 2nd vehicle. Thanks to an interest-free loan from mom. I had about half of the funds on my own, but she's been kind of insistent on me getting another car since the divorce last year (she didn't trust my 11 year old CRV). After the break-in (which I still haven't shared with her), I decided that the 2nd vehicle idea wasn't such a bad thing, as it would at least make it look like someone was home at all times. Not that I think the guys that did break in are coming back, but hopefully the 2nd vehicle will be a deterrent for anyone else down the line.</p>

<p>Initially we went to pick up the vehicle last weekend. </p>

<p>Unfortunately, they screwed up and the remote entry keys were not working. So, I ended up with a loaner for the week, and on Friday I picked up my own vehicle.</p>

<p>So.. between this, the new roof, and a new computer - I am going to be such a broke chica for a while. However, at least I'll be a chica with a solid roof over my head, some sweet & reliable wheels to drive around in, and since I'll be spending a lot of time at home for financial reasons, the computer can at least provide some entertainment.
