We're having a "guess which person's baby picture this is" contest at work (again). And yet again, I'm essentially the only redhead in the office, and I never went through that bald baby phase. You've got the idea! With red hair, I'm guessing that you're fair skinned. Go with a darker skinned baby photo. I'm thinking dark-skinned Italian / Mediterranean. Or something.
