My little Estonian cousin was born back in December and we just got to see him today (aunt and uncle are moving to the states). At 3 months old, he's a whopping 20 lbs! He's HUGE! And not fat, though he's got the pudgy cheeks---tall, too. Apparently my husband was that size at that age and is now 6'3". Must be an Estonian thing.

I'm glad I didn't knit a gift for him...he's wearing size 9mo already!

I saw my friends nephew today for the first time (10 moths old). His father made a comment about how he is completely average in size...for a year and a half year old!

My nephew is huge...for a while he was the size of a child twice his age. Now, at 3, he's more like the size of a 4 year old, so he's starting to catch up in his age to his size.

Hey, our next door neighbor is Estonian, and their kids are huge too!! Of course, both parents (including the non-Estonian) are well over 6 feet tall, but still... I suspect something about that Estonian strain.

We have the opposite issue here. Easy is in the 10th percentile for height and weight. Miss S was the same. He also has no teeth at 1 year of age, so when people see him walking, they think he's freakishly advanced. Same thing when miss S started talking.
