<p>I didn't run today... it's too cold. 33 degrees. Yes, this is the same guy who jumped into 24 degree water a couple years ago for the Polar Bear swim (and yes water can get that cold)</p>

<p>Hey Ron, you are still recovering.  Don't be too hard on you.  And this fall has been weird weather-wise.  We haven't had a gradual temp decrease, but rather sudden drop to 30's.  It take a while for anybody to get used to this.  And your body went through some major change so give some permission to be a wuss.  besides, you have some cleaning to do <img alt="smile.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies//smile.gif"> </p>

Count me in. It's 54 here right now with 17 mph winds and I don't want to go out to run. I ran last year in temps of 15 below with a wind chill of minus 25. No idea why I suddenly turned into a wuss.

<p>I'm a TOTAL wuss about the cold!! and for me cold is below 60 degrees! I have run and even biked when it's been below 32 degrees but I whined incessantly to anyone who would listen, and I'm sure some who wouldn't.</p>
