I'm a creature of habit...I know this. When my schedule is altered I suffer.

So, last week I went on a little vacation to St. Louis to see the NCAA Wrestling tournament. The last day I worked out normally was Tuesday and I weighed out at 163 pounds which had become a very normal weight for me. So we went to St. Louis. Our typical schedule was up at around 8 am to eat breakfast, wrestling started at 10 or 11, then lunch between sessions around 3-4 then another wrestling session and dinner about 10:30-11:00. We did quite a bit of walking, but we ate very well. Imagine my surprise when I weighed out this Tuesday after lifting at 156!

I'm the only person on the planet that loses weight on vacation without trying.

I'm not sure if thats a or a since I don't need to lose any of it.
