<p>I suspect (and I don't know) that advertisers are not exactly scrutinized, I'm thinking it's automated.  Advertisers sign up, upload their stuff, pay, and it's all automatic.  Correct me if I'm wrong.</p>

<p>And, one of those advertisers had a nice little package for people to download.  Perhaps a nice javascript, drive by thing.  I've seen it before on plenty of websites.</p>
