....you do the same as your parents once did.<br><br>
My "shout outs" are not as profanity laced as my Dad's were, but increasingly I find myself talking to the TV, particularly during newscasts and political discussions.<br><br>
What things do you find yourself doing that you never thought you would do like your parents...but...you are now doing?

I chat with people in the grocery store. People I don't know.<br><br>
My mom used to do this (actually, she still does), and I was <i>so embarrassed</i> by it as a teenager!

How do your kids handle it?<br><br>
One thing I still do not do is to shout out when the categorys of Jeopardy are announced "Got that one!, don't know that! etc"<br><br>
And...what always made me laugh is that the category could be something like "The Letter 'S' " and my Dad would shout "I know that one!"<br><br>
I'd always wonder, how does one become so knowledgable about certain letters of the alphabet? <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif">

I randomly burst into song if you say certain things to me. I give everything around me many many nicknames. I wander around the house telling my boyfriend to turn off lights when he leaves a room.<br><br>
All of these things drove me nuts when my mom did them...I called her up when I recognized this fact and told her that I was becoming her.
