Argh. I'm running more than ever and my weight is staying still.<br><br>
I'm eating too much junk. I <b>know</b> that. And probably eating out too much.<br><br>
I like to cook, so you'd think I'd do it more at home. What I don't like is the mess afterwards.<br><br>
Like right now. I'm hungry. I should eat an apple or some carrots. Instead, I want chips and salsa. Smooth. Gee, I wonder why I can't drop this last 30 flippin' pounds.<br><br>
When I journal I lose weight. But when I have junk, I tend to not want to journal. Big crappy circle.
