I've been working on an untimed, take home final for the last week. I still can't get a good portion of it. The people I've talked to all said that they haven't gotten anywhere on it either.<br><br>
I just want to do well on this exam. It's for an important class, and the professor is my adviser.<br><br>
I'm so scared.

I remember a take home exam for Advanced Calc my soph year that just about scared me off from the major. I must have put 40 hours into it and I still wasn't happy with my results.<br><br>

But damnit, I couldn't figure out problems 3 or 4. I worked on both, and have an ample amount of scratch work, but I won't be getting anything close to full credit on either problem.<br><br>
It seems though, now that I've talked to a few other people who also finished, that no one got those problems. I'm pretty sure that if I just had a little more time on it, I'd be able to maybe get somewhere, but as of now, not so much.<br><br><img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/sad.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Sad"> Here's hoping for a good curve....<br><br>
On the upside, it was a great class, with a great professor. I learned a lot.
