The last concussion my doctor told me that I can't hit my head anymore and I should wear a helmet all the time <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif"><br><br>
I wear one for snowboarding, motorcycling, biking.<br><br><br>
What kind do you recommend for walking?

snowboarding helmet works pretty good.<br><br>
or you could get one of those boxing helmets but i dont think that would help too much.<br><br><br>
a guy i know has the same problem as you hes got a soft head and over the years has had 26 concussions.

The worst one to date had symptoms that went on for weeks... doc made me get an MRI<br>

Although according to this episode of charles in charge i saw one time, I believe a head injury can be reversed by hitting your head again in the exact same way.
