So many of you have heard me complain about our stupidity in buying a mobile home and how we've been trying to sell it for 3 years. UGH.<br><br>
BUT WE SOLD IT!!!!!!!! It's been in process for a couple weeks now, but we deposited the money from the buyer into our account today, so there is no turning back!!<br><br>
We close on our new, real stick built house in one week. Next Friday.<br><br>
I'm so fucking excited I can barely stand it. I've been ready to burst with this news for a couple weeks, but we didn't really tell anyone other than our parents because we didn't want to have to tell people it fell thru. I'm kind of an open book most of the time, so keeping this quiet has been hard. I've been worried/excited constantly for 2 weeks.<br><br>

It's still slightly unreal to me. We've been saving to get out from under the mobile because we knew we'd take a loss on it. But we got a reasonable amount for it, we can afford the loss, and now we can finally stop throwing our money away on the mobile and lot rent. It took 3 years of trying, but it finally worked out.<br><br>
My house is in such chaos right now with boxes and crap everywhere. EEeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!

I KNOW!! I actually have a kick ass kitchen now, but this one has an <i>island...</i> The appliances will go in sometime this next week.<br><br>
We don't have anywhere near enough furniture for the big living/dining/great room. Our crappy 8 year old blue loveseat and chair are going to look silly for a while. And the two person dining room table that I let my nieces do crafts on... <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif">
