but but but...I need my sleep!

it just SUCKS because I'm barely getting 6 hours a night as it is (and I'm a 8-9 hour gal) and my body doesn't adjust well, so I'll be dragging even more than usual this week.
I always hate Daylight Savings. When I worked in an office setting, my staff was warned to expect grouchiness for one week while I recovered. Now my DH just goes on lots of bike rides.
i just don't like that i can't figure out when its going to be dark or lighter. (really, please don't try...sometimes i'm sort of simple) that's how a couple years ago i wound up several miles out in the woods in the dark... gah.
We don't have a time change. My mom jokes with people that she moved here because she's old and can't figure out how to set the clocks.

However it does mean that I have to relearn what time all my favourite tv shows are on. Larry King was on at 8:00 now it's 7:00.

The good news is that it should mean that the Daily show is now on at 10:00 and I'm only an hour ahead of my friends in BC.
Saskatchewan and Arizona...commies for sure!!!

I actually don't think we should mess with standard time...God invented it and it just seems wrong to mess with it.

(Actually it was Alexander Fleming, but he looked enough like God to fake it)
We just started this whole time change thing last year, and I don't know how y'all did it for so long. I like it when it was lighter earlier. I used to get up at 5am sometimes on a Sat morning and the sun would be coming up and I could get a ton of things done (i.e. running, hiking) before the rest of the world got up. And I was daylight. I could give a crap less if it's still light at 10PM. I want my morning sun back!!!
