get on my trainer. Booo. I hate winter.

I need the crosstraining. I haven't ridden my bike in a while, and I did a long run yesterday, so I need to rest those muscles. No spin classes available this evening, or I'd go to one.

My DH is playing guitar hero in the living room and that isn't exactly exciting to watch.

When I very first started getting in to working out...right after I moved here....I was absolutely fascinated by the TVs attached to the bikes and treadmills at the gym. Those TVs got me there the first few times, lemme tell ya!

I could watch the "shows you're ashamed of watching" while I worked out, and be guilt-free about it.

What's on TV that can entertain you?

I'm sure if I asked him, he'd do something else for a while.

wish I could be of some help....maybe just tell yourself to get on the trainer for 20minutes! Than after the 20 minutes you can decide to go further or not? at least you would have done SOMETHING?

I rode for ~40 minutes. Not great, but at least I got on there.

Just think about your VRAA team. They're counting on you - the multisport guy - to rack up some serious mileage. You don't want to let them down, do you?
