In 7 Days I have run 104.69 miles in 15 hours 5 minutes and 39 seconds<br>
for an average pace of 8:39.<br><br><br>
Saturday: 4.91 miles in 39:49<br>
Sunday: 25.54 miles in 3:40:39<br>
Monday: 15.39 miles in 2:14:13<br>
Tuesday: 15.36 miles in 2:13:22<br>
Wednesday: 15.54 miles in 2:16:10<br>
Thursday: 13.82 miles in 2:01:40<br>
Friday: 14.13 miles in 1:59:46<br><br>
This is my most miles ever in a week by about 20 miles.<br><br>
Time to taper until March 24

Monday through Friday were all doubles. I ran once in the morning before work and another run at lunch. I was to lazy to break up workouts down to the actual workout level.

Now that is a long week at the office. But boy it's going to pay off! Great job, Floridaboiler!

Overall I feel okay. It helped that Monday through Friday I was running double work outs not just 1 15 mile run.

are you going to keep doing them??? I did 2 weeks in a row once and decided I didn't like it. I seriously felt I was running or drying my hair all day. (of course I considered short hair before coming to the decision to back down mileage)
