5K --> 1 hour bike --> 5K

5K was at a 9:00 m/m pace and my legs did not want to work properly for about a half mile after the bike. My legs are cooked. I can't imagine running after 112 miles of bike.

I've decided they are mostly for the mental benefit. i.e. to get your head around the fact that the first 1-2 miles of running are going to suck royally. So I have also decided that if you already know this and have accepted it, you don't need to actually "train" for it!
