my Garmin, that is.<br><br>
I really didn't notice how faint the "beep" was getting until Mrs hup got her 305 and I nearly jumped through the roof when it beeped(!)<br><br>
I phoned Garmin support yesterday and after the obligatory reset, they gave me an RMA and I sent my friend and training partner for some R & R in beautiful Olathe, KS <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"><br>
Good news was that when I asked about the repair charge (since my 305 is out of warranty), I was told that there would be none <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"><br>
Please help me get through the next couple of weeks!<br><br>

Howdy all...joined Kick! way back in September '99 as Brian in Fort Worth before becoming TheRunningWolf. Good to see ya'll again for sure!! I'm still in Fort Worth (hey Yar!) and after running 10 marathons (SLOW) from 2000-2003 I pretty much stopped running unti June of '07. Of course I ran here and there but VERY little. Only lasted 3 or so weeks back in June but then "started" yet again the Monday of Thanksgiving week '07. Starting back VERY slowly and got 5 weeks in until December 24th when I could tell I was getting sick. Fought the "crud" for what seemed like forever and finally got back out there yesterday afternoon after 8 days of doing no running at all. Haven't been active on any forum in a long time but "The Merge" was more than I could take--lol Good to see some familiar faces here...Hup--there is a little info regarding my running or as you can see lack thereof--lol Family is great--Jessica and I have been married over 10 years now and Troy turned 10 the day after Christmas and Tanner is 7 1/2--life is good--How are things in Hupland??

Just to update .... my 305 made it back and is beeping once again. I sent it 1/2 and it arrived home 1/15 ..... it might have been a couple of days earlier but that pesky UPS dropped the ball on my 2nd Day Air shipping <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"> I filed a guaranteed service claim and they have refunded the 2nd Day Air charges <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"><br><br>
