Morning! Tonight is yoga and then a short run. Would be nice to run before the yoga, but sadly my schedule doesn't work that way.

Last night I ran outside for the first time in forever (since the 35k race), and before that it was a week... so I'm getting my moneys worth out of the TM anyway <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"><br><br>
Last night was 9 miles with 5 at "tempo" pace (somewhere between 15k and 1/2 marathon pace) these were closer to my 1/2 marathon pace, my legs were still a little dead from Saturday. So my tempo splits were something like (7:14,7:01,7:07,7:03,7:10). Two miles warmup at about 7:50 pace and two miles warm down at about 7:50 pace. Oh, and my trusty running partner Jaeger Dawg was with me the whole time (his farthest run) previously an 8 miler was his farthest.

Wow, slow start to the morning. What gives? Where is everybody?<br><br>
I did 3.25 easy on the TM last night. Tonight I'll go for 7-8 miles of hills. I think the weather should be decent...<br><br>
Edit: Okay, I figured out where everyone else is.... In the other thread. Ooops. <img alt="roll_eyes.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/roll_eyes.gif"><img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif">
