<p>I did the speedwork yesterday with mixed results.</p>

<p>2 miles at interval - I didn't plan well and ended up running a) into the wind, b) through a lot of walkers c) over some snow/slush sections. Still my pace should have been better. 813 and 817</p>

<p>1 mile at faster than interval - better this time. I ran up on the bike lane (against traffic) and out of the wind. 758 pace - I was a little lower than that until a quarter of a mile left and then, well it started to suck a lot

<p>400 m at hard but controlled. I felt super strong during this bit - 745 pace.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>general aerobic miles today - 5-7</p>
