QOD: Jelly bellies. The boys recently went to the Jelly Belly factory and brought a ton home. This morning I brought a bag into work. Although I won't be smiling for long if I keep eating them. Starting to hit overload.

Yeah, I know what you are saying b/c I do tend to run high mileage. What I mean by this is: (1) getting my nutritional house/weight in order at the very beginning of the season rather than waiting until the last 4 weeks to drop some tonnage. I think I will do better if I start in the right place (or close to it). Shoot, I really need to stop eating these Jelly Bellies.

(2) Make sure I hit ALL of my quality workouts. Lots of time if I am way tired I will get the miles in but not necessarily the quality. Especially in the beginning when I know I have a long time. So that is what I mean by that....
